They asked a lot of questions about failed projects and things that didn't go well. In fact, most of the interview seemed to be focused on failures. No questions on how I can actually help them with the issues they are facing.

The recruiter interview is was mostly "tell me about your self" and "tell me about your past roles" The personality test asks you to stack rank your replies to various "what would you do in this situation?" where they give you 5 potential answers and you rank them best to worst. For the Hiring Manager interview they have 3-4 standard "Tell me about a time where..." type behavioral questions.
One particular question they asked me for the CSM position was, "What Splunk use case would I use with the system I am using currently at my job?"
Another question asked was, "If I had to present data to senior leadership what steps would I take to provide this data?"

Standard usual questions, I did have to prepare a power point over a personal or professional accomplishment.
What I didn't expect was the recruiter spoke more about herself than giving me a chance to share my experiences. When I did get a chance, she cut me off and suggested I was better suited for an entry level position even though I have been in the industry for 15 years.
