A really strange and dysfunctional company. Reducing the salary offer was particularly wild—never seen that before. Then after me being accepting of all that, they used a BS excuse to not hire me. Don't walk, run away from these guys.

However, upon making an offer on what they could pay, the General Manager did honor my experience and background and agreed to a higher salary. I was very grateful for that.
