Standard - “why do you want to work here” etc. Interestingly during the interview with a member of the team I was asked to stick to the brief and not go too of piste on the test or spend too long (to keep to realistic timelines).
The founder is very adamant about a set of core values he adheres to, so he asked me a lot of questions about honesty, work ethic, etc.
The rejection says they reviewed over 1300 applicants even though the initial email says 600. —————— Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to first apply for this position and second, complete the assignment we gave you.
