How did you hear about this role?
My first interview was a screen conversation where we talked about my background, my experience as well as the company and the position. The 2nd interview was a chronological interview where I was asked the exact same 4 questions about every job I've had since the beginning of my resume (about 7 years worth), I also had to answer the exact same questions I had already answered in the first interview "for the benefit of the new people on the call", which was why do you want to work here
What is your career plan in the future?
I noticed you mostly worked for CPG firms. How could you help us, I don't understand?
Approximately how many projects do you manage at one time?
Luckily I could answer all the questions.
