I described my limited experience with worker's compensation and I indicated that it was reflected in my writing sample. He then indicated that he had not seen my writing sample, as though its absence from the materials he was given was my fault. The interview was difficult because it was a stupid waste of my time. Since he was convinced I was not suited to the job, he should never have offered me an interview. One expects that an employer is interested in one's abilities when an interview is offered, not that you'll be cross examined about the incompatibility between your experience and the job requirements.
