No tough questions - just know your skill set and past experiences well so that you can explain how you would apply what you know to the position. Also, do some research into the position and perhaps the national discourse on education, reform, etc.

Mostly behavioral questions… "Describe a situation where you overcame issues with a member of the team and how you did that." They also want to make sure you're persistent but realistic - and not just thinking that you're going to change every kid's life that easily. It seemed like most of their questions were geared towards, "so what are you going to do when a kid isn't cooperating?"
