Anyhow, they asked me what was your most challenging work experience, what stream do you want to work in and why, tell us everything you know about the bank anf etc. The interviewers were very friendly and kind enought to take time to give us feedback after the interview.

Group interview question: Given a role as head of IT. Given three budget requests from my departments employees, had to openly discuss and justify why they needed them. One of the examples was money to be assigned to put bike rail in front of the office
Everything asked was pretty position specific and for the most part was directly related to the role available. There was discussion around the Employee Stock Ownership Plan as well as the base salary plus bonus approach to the role I was interviewing for. We also talked some about external activities around volunteering.
