What do you know about Fashion Nova? Who are our competitors? (Impossible to accurately answer this question since Fashion Nova isn't publicly traded and cagey about releasing financials.) How do you keep track of trends on social media; how do you know what's trending? (Unclear what "trends" meant here. Fashion? Industry trends? Social Media? Pop culture? Marketing/Branding?) We're very fast paced. Not everyone can handle that. Can you? Do you have experience managing other employees? (Reading my resume would have answered that!) How would you go about developing your direct report's skillset?
