First interview: Behavioral question Second interview: SW related questions. The person interviewing me did not know much about controls so just general questions nothing challenging. Third (last) interview: some Kalman filter related question.

Questions on previous experience Lunch was casual with non formal friendly conversations Controls Interview was difficult. Got asked on items that do not appear on my resume. Had to think hard from the time I was in school. Describe what happens when the inner feedback loop of a controller changes chanracteristics for the worse. They were expecting answers based on root locus method or bode plots.
