Questions were all contracts specific and also regarding managerial experience. Additional question regarding my experience writing processes and procedures were also asked.
The panel of interviewers asked normal interview questions. What was required in your prior job duties? How do you resolve conflict? The interview lasted close to an hour.
You need to go to the President and ask that the Contracts department be moved from the Finance department because it is horrible working under the Finance department....
Because they decided to interview for another position, I wasnt expecting most of the questions they asked.
