What do you look for in a team?
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an ethical dilemma, and what did you do? This is an important question because they want to see if the candidate embodies Lilly's values of integrity, excellence, and a respect for people.
How comfortable are you with using Excel?

The exam required documenting an interface from one of the Bloomberg apps. You had to figure out what the app did and describe how to use the interface without resorting to diagrams.
