The interviews via phone and video call consisted of questions which I was asked in my first job in retail at the age of 16. You would think that a modern technology company like NENT would be thinking outside the box more with interview questions asked rather than questions like 'What was your most challenging part of your previous job' 'Tell me a time when you faced a problem and how you dealt with it'. The technology industry not just retail has evolved in the last 15 years so should their standard of interview questions like those. Very boring process.
