All the basic "tell me about your career so far" stuff-- you will be asked this in every stage of the process, it gets tedious. The one question that really jumped out at me as misguided or even inappropriate was "Think of the person you've worked with who you had the worst time getting along with. What would they say about you?" In my personal experience, the worst person I've ever worked with was a high-profile abuser caught in the Me Too movement. Repeating their "feedback" about me would be crude since it all related to my appearance. Not a great question to ask non-white/non-male applicants.
