Why are you interested in Found?
In general, they used big words for the sake of sounding "smart". They stressed accountability, which is good, but they did so to the point of micromanagement. The woman who would have been my manager needs to get off her high horse. Am I bitter for not getting the job? I was bummed at first, but after receiving the feedback I did and seeing how it all played out, it's clear I dodged a bullet.

I was given a communication task to prepare for Round 3. I found it quite confusing and didn't make much sense. It gave me little understanding of the role, or what I could contribute. It also seemed like they wanted ideas for free. It would have been much more helpful if I was given a task based on a real life scenario. Instead, it was simply along the lines of, "give us your marketing and comms campaign ideas to spread our message". I was also asked to write a short article on Carbon Neutrality, why it's important and how it fits into a company's net-zero strategy. During the interview, I realised that the role was much more about cultural literacy for global audiences and editing content.
