I was asked about my experience and what I was passionate about. They were keen to meet me and treated it as a more informal chat and made it really human. They worked around me and I met the director and founder of the company - he interviewed me. I wasn't chosen but their parting email was positive and hopeful and I really appreciated it.

I had a 3-stage interview process which covered lots of different areas. Core focuses were around technical and experience competencies, with a final interview task to demonstrate strategic planning, tactical delivery and presentation abilities.
