Standard stuff. Nothing stands out.
Each department wanted to know my level of expertise and strategic ideas for creative (brand/visuals) or content (copywriting) development (i.e., social media, PR, website, magazine, ads). Strangely, they didn't ask for portfolio samples for a full-day of interviews. Having metrics available is strongly recommended.

They started off with salary which is usually a bad sign since I have seen reviews here that the salary is below market value. Most of the questions were about experience working with social media influencers and how you would figure out how much to pay them
My favourite question was: describe what a good team looks like for you?
How did you learn about The Conference Board? What inspires you about the organization? Questions about skills around digital content management like CSS, HTML, etc.
