They assessed selected behaviours that they outlined prior to the interview. The interview consisted of pre-recorded videos of recruiters asking questions, followed by 4 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. They started with non-scored warm-up question, which for me was "What's your comfort food?" - a bit strange, but I guess it's just to get comfortable recording. This was followed by 3 scored questions: Tell us about a time you performed to a high standard, Describe making changes to your workflow to meet a deadline, and Tell us about a time you had to deliver a negative message to someone.
How would you measure team performance by measuring occupancy? How would motivate a team without the option of a salary incentive? How would you manage a customer who was escalated to you and they were unable to pay for food at a restaurant because their card was declined?
