An employee that is in a relationship and plans on staying in that relationship will want to settle down and start a family. This means they would want to travel less. This would not be good for the company because we need people to travel. A single employee with no relationship ties would be favorable because they would be available to travel spontaneously and consistently. Will you have any problems with traveling in the next 5 years?”
