Questions for the role HCM Functional were of Moderate level, Mostly questions were asked on customizations for Talent Management, Moderate level questions on compensation management, Few questions on approval/securities for Core HR Module were asked in my case. Other questions like, what are the complex requirements that you handled & Other questions on quarterly upgrade new features for HCM modules etc.
