One question they asked me was about a project I lead in a prior role onboarding a GRC system. They asked what my role was, and what I did to make the project successful.
I interviewed for a Senior Monitoring role. The interview guidance clearly stated that the competencies being tested would be: Influencing Others Planning & Reviewing Problem Solving & Judgement In addition, there would be two questions focused on the company's core values: Integrity Collaboration The questions I was asked included: “Tell me about a time when you influenced others.” “Tell me about a time when you demonstrated problem solving and judgement.” The interview format followed the STAR technique very closely, as outlined in their guidance.
