(Exact question not remembered) But was along the lines of finance and mortgages. Understanding how loans and mortgages work - secured/unsecured, arrears, interest rates. Also negotiating skils.
Where you see yourself in the company in 5 years. If you are planning to stay long term they love that because they are a small family oriented company. IF you plan to be there until you complete school, they may see you as a temporary investment that may not be worth their time.
