I have been informed that there will be a mock call and scenarios that will be answered. It is a bit of a red flag because it is more hassle than interviewing in a BPO setting. Most interviews that I attended would only ask for your employment history.

Behavioural questions. Assessment of working in a group, presentation, role play and a 1-1 interview to finish the day. I found the process easy and through from Day 1 to accepting offer. Exited to see what a new role brings. Make sure that you prepare behavioural questions.
