No difficult questions..they like you to know that if you have a problem of any type to escalate things to the higher ups in the chain of command and you need to know how to get along with people and that they want you to move up the ladder to the CRA positions when they become open, which is a good career move anyway.

Describe an instance in a job you have had where you disagreed with your manager and how did you handle it?
Previous experience, education, language skills.
Repetitive questions, I don’t think a group panel interview was a good idea, those interviewers didn’t like each other at all.
