Questions were basic “tell me about a time you disagreed with a way that a system was implemented, what you did about it, and what were the results? It seems like they’re trying to weed out anyone who aligns too strongly with a sense of ethics or has boundaries or work life balance in general.
The interview enquired if I'd be interested to take on the job based on their job description.
Asked clnical questions and vingettes along with knowledge about suicidal clients and how to respond.
It was typical questions about experience.
