They asked what I would do if I have work that needs to be submitted by Friday, meetings on Tuesday and Thursday, and someone brings something else for me to do on Monday, how would I handle the work load. (It was a common theme throughout the interviews that the position is very fast-paced with a heavy work load and lots of meetings.)

Why do you want to work at MD Anderson. Describe the most critical patient you have cared for. Have you ever worked with someone that was difficult? How did you handle it? Describe a quality improvement project you have participated in.
What types of evidence based psychotherapy I used in my practice and how did I measure the outcome. They asked what my fee was and said they could not match it. It was a cold and scripted interview that did not seem concerned with what I think are the basic tenets of good psychotherapy. I came away with the understanding that they probably want their employees to fix the patient with the least amount sessions possible. Did not feel good about this company after the interview
It was more HIM (coding/DRG) questions....more focus to the job description. Very professional and smart women who knew what they were looking for.
