What was a situation that you came across with an unruly customer and how did you handle it?
The one question i remember was if a news paper were to put a headline out about my self what would it say?

The questions were generic. How would you deal with an angry client? How do you handle multiple task? How do you deal with co-workers who didn't do their share on an assignment? They wanted the answers in a STAR format.
None really except, where do you see yourself in 5 years? This was hard to answer because I am just entering the banking industry and not sure of my direction or niche yet.
