How would I handle a situation where I was not present for company training update which resulted in my error on a client's insurance claim. I received the new training procedures and guidelines by paper media --- booklet. The boss called me into the office to ask what I had to say about the mistake.

Too many really easy questions from an all female panel. I did quick query in LinkedIn and cannot believe how many really underqualifieds work there including one that interview me. In the end they did not pick me, In my opinion their diversity and inclusion video is a joke, sad is still a who you know rather than what you know.
