My strength
There really weren't any interview questions so much as the Recruiter telling me who she was, the position+rate that she was representing, and asking me if I could start the following day. I had worked at that company before as a contractor, so she knew I was a 'shoe-in' to pass the background check and that I was quite familiar with the company.
