My in house interview was with a developer person. I was also scheduled to meet someone else, but they were working from home so that didn't happen. Not cool, if I'm spending time coming to meet people everyone should be there. I was asked about some bizarre way of creating documentation for an API. Every company has its own philosophy for this and honestly if you can write software I think you should be able to navigate Visio. What a waste of my time. I felt that my extensive experience was overlooked. The person interviewing me was quite condescending, and I believe he might have thought that I was lying on my resume! The odd thing was that I wasn't applying for a developer position because I'm not interested in doing these "tests" anymore. Anyway, I don't know why the product will go anywhere since Apple/Samsung Watch could easily incorporate the technology into their product. (I think I mentioned that in the interview, woops! Maybe I was thinking too much LOL).
