Once I passed the phone interview, I was offered an in-person interview with the same recruiter that did my phone screening. This was the first time I had ever participated in what is referred to as a "Blitz." There are several other candidates waiting with you for their interview so it can be quite intimidating for those who do not wish to check out their competition. It certainly did not bother me as I believe it was a great motivator to proceed with your best foot forward. I interviewed with the same recruiter that conducted my phone screening and I also interviewed with a supervisor. The questions were the "Give me a time when....:" or "Give me an example of..." Honestly the questions were not too tough however, the leaders that were conducting the interviews were extremely tough to read and I did a majority of the talking in every interview. I never could tell if I was talking excessively (It felt as such). I found out afterwards that it is better if the candidate does most of the talking instead of the other way around. As long as leadership is not cutting you off an moving expeditiously along without you having an opportunity to get a few points across, you are on the right track.
