They asked if I was familiar with the COBRA act and I wasn’t. But they let me know what it was & reassured me it was ok, not to know.
They asked about billing codes, coordination of benefits, and the different types of insurance plans, example HMO vs, PPO
What does pre-existing mean to you?
There were no difficutl for unexpected questions, as I was hired throught an agency and was hired as a temp and worked under a contract for 4 months with the employer and at the end of the contract I was let go
