I have had other company interviews in which they asked for a case study. This one was unique as it was very specific to how I would build out their entire program. I had experience developing the exact same channel at an industry-adjacent company. In the presentation they remarked how it appeared I already was working at the company; that it felt they were being trained by a consultant, and was praised. Days later received standard rejection letter. I am highly confident that they used me purely to glean industry best practices and thought leadership with no intention to hire. Ramp is a company without decency to hire consultants for strategic advice and instead dupe job applicants. Beware.
