Why hospice?
Started off - tell me about yourself/career path so far Several behavioral questions- describe a time when using your people skills for education etc, describe a time when you encountered a difficult situation with a patient/family member and how did you deal with it. I did a lot of pre-prep for this interview, and used relevant situations that were complex that I had already encountered which I think helped a lot.

Do I have customer service experience? Do you have computer experience? Do you have any problems with talking over the phone with customers? Do you have call center experience? Do you have any office support experience?
Most difficult issue was the interviewer being very upfront about the non-negotiable salary. It was unexpected but I guess I appreciated the preemptive warning.
