You will be asked for specific examples of something you've done related to the job that you want. Be ready with a good, detailed, and pointed story. "Describe a time when you went above and beyond to help a disgruntled customer?" Not difficult for those with sales backgrounds - but if you're coming in from another type of career, find a way to answer this question well in advance. Trying to come up with it on the fly will not suffice.
I was interviewed by three people in which I had to create a sales pitch about something I have never sold before (they make it difficult on purpose obviously).
