First interview - How many pairs of jeans did Uniqlo Japan sell last year? It seems that every applicant is asked this question in the first round. You are allowed to ask the interviewer 5 questions to gather the information you need to answer the question.

How many pairs of jeans were sold?

Standard competency and behavioural questions, knowledge of the company, Tell us how you got to this point and why Uniqlo? What do we do? Who are our competitors? How can we achieve our goal by 2020 (I think it was to be the no.1 retails clothing company worldwide? verify this?)

Scenario about a store with multiple problems (i.e. dirty store, untrained staff, unhappy customers etc..) and how you would improve it
