The initial conversations were okay. It was the practical that was inappropriate and nervy. The first part was to provide Peerspace with new potential leads. Not a problem, I sent over a handful. However, then they wanted me to cold call the leads and get as many as possible to use Peerspace.

Is your mother in the picture? (Not a joke)
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I was asked "Why WorkRamp" and questions like "What's the most difficult you learned recently". Some questions caught me a little off guard but in a positive way. I really felt everyone wants me to succeed in the process.
Are you comfortable with sales?
Tell me more about yourself?
What do you want to achieve if you come to our company?
They asked me about my previous experience
The questions ranged from 'classic' interview questions/scenarios like "tell me about a time you failed" to more thought provoking and interesting questions. Some different ones I haven't encountered before included: "when you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?" and "what kind of person do you not enjoy working with. Why? How do you manage the unpleasant arrangement?". The line of questioning was very conversational, it was great!
They asked what my favourite food was. Im sure this is pretty standard and that they are looking for something meat related considering that that is their entire business. Other than that, they asked about sales related/ client relationship experiences
