He asked behaioral interview questions but lacked interpersonal skills. He basically convinced me not to move forward with the process with how he communicated to me. I've been in sales for many, many years and when an internal employee lacks interpersonal skills, it's an example of the culture of the company and therefore I pulled out of the interview. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I wanted to get off the call as soon as possible.
