Describe a time you dealt win a sudden stressful situation (ex. pop quiz etc.).
Describe a time you had a positive experience as a customer (at any restaurant) and describe a time you had a negative experience (at any restaurant).
If I'm familiar with how a bakery runs, & can be quick & efficient.
What do you do now? What do you expect of the company you work for, besides pay? What would your current employer say about you? What is you past experience with baking? Are you willing to work hard?
