In the first interview, I was asked how would I test a system that they have described. The home assignment was on Codility. It had 2 questions in 40 minutes. The first one was to check if a string contains only 'a's then only b's so 'aabb' is OK whereas 'ababb' is not.
The Codility test was on python, you needed to deal with text files.
