Since this was for a design position the questions related more to a visual review of my work in combination with current skill level, design approach, past experience and responsibilities.
How did you get your jobs? Asked very insulting questions although clearly I showed work from previous companies and had references. Lack of respect for designers although he is incapable of designing himself.
