Typical background stuff, how would you solve this problem. A fair amount of give me your opinion about this or that. I had to create a presentation, as if I already had my role, to present to a group of 8 people that I'd later work with but were acting like the customer. I had to sell how Forsythe does a particular technology and take the questions and respond to the normal customer rejection questions.
Asked about experience on my resume and one interviewer used a list that you commonly find when googling for interview prep questions (what is your weakness, etc.). Not many specific questions on my ability to do the job. Also, no one could describe the duties of this role or describe any of the projects I might be involved with.

They presented a scenario -- that could represent a real world engagement -- then I walked through what it would look like. They did ask several questions. Most were of moderate difficulty and a couple were focused on front-end to back-end communication.

Outside of the technical job-related questions, they are very interested in what they call "Heart Values," and there was considerable discussion about that.
