Asked if I had multiple level of data, how I would analyze the data.
Pessimistic interviewers are asking problems that they have no hope to solve. They also do not want to accept any recommendations. Very negative people in general. Usually, NLP problems, one data scientist ask entity disambiguation problem. In the second interview, after the 6th hour, an interview asks a matrix related programming question that was related to overlapping. He stated that I have no idea what I am working on in the beginning, he also added that he did not understand my CV. I wondered why I am speaking with a person who has no idea about the area that I work in. He also indicated that he finds his work history very exciting.
I don't think you can do this job.. The technical guy kept asking questions that are not related to / listed in the job descriptions.

What are the challenges while communicating with clinical colleague?
Imagine you were hired by a hospital to analyze some of their patient reports. The diagnosis of each report consists of a list of disease IDs, while the body of the report is the symptoms and the medical history of the patient logged down by the doctor in natural language. Propose a model to describe the correlations between the set of symptoms and set of diseases extracted from the patient reports.
