WalMart uses "Confidencies" to interview. They're essentially a set of "give me a time you faced this" kind of questions. As long as you are able to provide quick, relevant, and measureable answers, you should have no trouble with them.

Will ask you hypothetical questions; if you caught an employee stealing, what would you do? And want to know about challenges you have overcome at other positions.
Name a time when you went above and beyond the call of duty.
Describe a situation when you have to go above and beyond to help a customer? What is some issues you encountered? How did you overcome them?
When was a time you did service for someone either coworker or anyone in the community.
There weren't any really difficult questions, pretty standard questions.
They all are pretty basic scenario questions
