All the questions are "tell me about a time when" ....followed by a description of some uphill task where you identified an issue, broke it down into strategy, tasks or actions that resolved the issue and saved the day- and you were able to quantify your impact on the issue in terms of dollars created or saved- and were recognized by the powers that be for saving the world
Technical questions were quite easy; out of the dozens and dozens I answered, I knew and understood probably 90-95% of them. The senior associates did have a few funny questions that had nothing to do with work, and they just wanted to see how you responded. I found that very humorous.
