The most difficult question being - 'How I am different that Tieto would be interested in me'
Initial is 'personality' but technical positions will have technical interviews also.
Asked me present the solution and questions asked about the technologies used.
They asked the basic questions like name a time when you disagreed with a colleague and where do you see yourself in 5 years. The 2nd and 3rd interview were more technical and more about my background and qualifications.
