Ques 1. Find 3rd last node in a singly linked list. Ques 2. System Design question, took minutes for me to understand, but interviewer was very helpful in giving me hints and the approach to the problem.

None. I had difficulty in believing that they do not have any OTA for delivering apk files. Only when QA wants to test the app, they spin up Integration tests which is super lame. What if the developer commit breaks some test? You will never come to know until QA asks for a fresh build.
