There were a variety of relevant questions ranging across my management style through to my interpretation of what is important to customers and the customer lifestyle. So, whilst I state that the interviews were difficult, I am actually referring to the fact that the questions were unique compared to other interviews I have been in. They were pertinent to the role and there was no doubt that this organization has a very firm understanding of the business and the industry they thrive in.
