where do you see yourself in the next 5 years
I had a technical test on both databases and Unix. It was extensive and covered many issues. You do need to know the technology that they are hiring you for but they also are reassuring that they don't expect anyone to score 100%.
The hardest question for me would be when I was asked about something I failed at and why it happened. It is difficult to show your weak side in an interview without worrying that it would put you in a bad light. But I just tried to emphasize how I fixed things and what I learned from it.
