Describe me a time where you had to work with an individual who was not motivated to do work. And how did you go about this?
The case study is about acquisition, my team has both accounting and non-accounting background undergrads. We were given one hour to discuss the case, but the individual written exercise is different for non-accounting background grads. People with accounting background were required to do the valuation on the spot, and non-accounting background people were only required to write a preliminary analysis for the acquisition deal.
