Motivational questions, questions related to what's on the CV. On one occasion I was asked questions about law technical details, too bad they had nothing to do with the position I applied to (if only they were about employment law and not administrative law!!)

Initial questions during phone interview, was just to review my sales background, and telling me about the company.
There were no real difficult questions. All of the questions were more of a general nature, not very deep or probing.

'what is your experience in dealing with confidential documents?' 'Can you describe a time when you have to work in a multi-disciplinary team?'
The question were not difficult or unexpected; the employee were reading the question off from a paper
